并且在50-70年代 蒋介石依旧在积极备战尝试反攻大陆,他从大陆撤退时带了将近60-80万人到台湾
第四点 Mao做的只不过是顺势而为 蒋介石政权在整个中国不得人心 在台湾也一样 比如二二八事变等 实际上就是中华民国被全国抛弃了 在台湾也一样 只是被蒋介石武力镇压了 你可以了解一下白色恐怖 以及 如果没有美国干涉 中华民国会被彻底推翻 台湾和大陆会属于同一个国家 当然我不管他叫什么就是了
2. DPRK and ROK claim completely overlapping territories. Germany in 1949 (FRG vs GDR). North Yemen vs South Yemen in 1960s. International law doesn't have a threshold of claim above which you are now considered the same country, below which you are different countries.
3. Okay, I agree, but this doesn't contradict my position. The two sides continued to harass and attack each other after the PRC was created, I agree.
4. Mao made a stupid move. If he didn't create a new country, but rather renamed the old country, or rather created a new government for the old country, he would still have claim over Taiwan. But really, Mao didn't really care about Taiwan at the time and he made a silly legal move. I agree that Chiang was unpopular on both sides of the strait - but this doesn't change my arguement.
